Haastrup Adeshope Stephen is an associate trainer with a training/consulting firm named Lord Princely Associates Limited. He has a robust experience training the freshly employed and top management staffs of medium and large organizations. (Some of which are Zenith Bank, Haggai Institute, Covenant University, NNPC, Shell Petroleum, Hewlett-Parker Nigeria, FUNAAB, Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship, First Bank Nigeria, Lagos State House of Assembly etc.)
Aside corporate training, Haastrup has over 2 years of startup business and career training experience. He is the founder of the emerging NGO – StartUp Nigeria (an organization that aims to build an economically sound nation through relevantly empowered Nigerian citizens) and today, he has mentored the creation of over 30 small businesses and coached over 150 startup managers. StartUp Nigeria is the mother organization to the rapidly growing university campus initiative named “Club SmartStart” (A campus organization with the goal of developing graduates with relevant knowledge skills and competence for 21st century societal and economic relevance). His initiative (Club SmartStart) got him an invite to attend some discussion forums on Education at the World Economic Forum, Abuja 2014.

He is currently practicing with Lord Princely Associates Limited (A training/consulting firm that majors in communication, public speaking, sales, leadership, labour relations, HR and conflict resolution). He has co-facilitated in major cities around Nigeria and in prospect, a NAPIMS training for the United Arab Emirates, Dubai in Nov., 2014.
